Under normal circumstances, as cats do not need to go out, diseases should be much less common than dogs. However, in reality, the opposite is true because cats come to hospitals with diseases several times more frequently than dogs. The probability of developing infectious diseases and parasitic skin diseases is relatively high only in the first month of picking up a kitten, such as feline nasal branches and feline distemper, which are mostly contracted in the cat house.

However, most of the cats that come to hospitals for examination and treatment are not infectious diseases, but rather diseases caused by incorrect feeding. What makes cats sick is actually the incorrect feeding methods and unscientific diet of pet owners, and the root cause is that pet owners learn knowledge not from regular books, but rather from short videos. Urinary system diseases are not infectious. They are all caused by some habits in life. The most common problems are “cat litter, drinking water, high protein diet”. Cat litter dust contains a large number of bacteria, which are likely to be directly exposed to cats when they urinate, and a large amount of dust will be splashed when they urinate. At the same time, they attach to the urinary organs and then gradually become infected, forming Urethritis, Cystitis, nephritis. Drinking too little water can lead to less urine and an increase in sediment in the bladder, gradually forming crystalline stones. A high protein diet can cause more mucus to be secreted in the bladder, leading to faster crystallization and the formation of stones. High protein can also cause kidney failure.
