Description
Florfenicol is new generation, upgrade from chloramphenicol and acts bacteriostatic against many gram positive bacteria, especially E. coli, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.
The action of florfenicol is based on inhibition of protein synthesis
Indication
Poultry: Anti-microbial effect against micro-organism susceptible to Florfenicol. Treatment of Colibacillosis, Salmonellosis
Swine: Anti-microbial effect against Actinobacillus, Mycoplasma susceptible to Florfenicol.
Treatment of respiratory diseases such as pleural pneumonia, percirula pneumonia, mycoplasmal pneumonia and Colibacillosis, Salmonellosis.
Dosage & Administration
For oral route
Poultry: Dilute it with water at rate of 0.5ml per 1L of drinking water and administer for 5 days. Or Dilute it with water 0.1 ml (20 mg of Florfenicol) per 1Kg of body weight for 5 days. Swine: Dilute it with water at rate of 0.5ml per 1L of drinking water and administer for 5 days. Or Dilute it with water 0.5 ml (100 mg of Florfenicol) per 10Kg of body weight for 5 days.

Storage and expiry date
Store in an airtight container at dry room temperature (1 to 30o C) protected from light.

Precaution
A. Precaution on side effects during administration
B. Use only the designated animal since safety and effectiveness has not been established for other than the designated animal
C. Do not use continuously for more than one week.
D. Never mix with other medications not to occur efficacy and safety problems.
E. Abuse may bring about economic loss such as drug accidents and remaining animal food residues, observe the dosage & administration.
F. Do not use for the animals with shock and hypersensitive response to this drug.
G. Continuous dosing may occur temporary inflammation in a part of total cloacal and the anus.
H. Usage note
Do not use when it is found that foreign substances, suspended matter and etc. in this product.
Dispose the expired products without using it.
I. Withdrawal period
5 days before slaughter swine: 16 days
Do not administer to the laying chicken.
J. Precaution on storage
Store in a place where out of reach of children with observance of preservation guideline to prevent safety accidents.
Since stability and effectiveness may be changed, observe the preservation instruction.
To avoid misuse and deterioration of quality, do not keep it in other containers other than the supplied container.

Administer only the prescribed Dosage & Administration
Consult with your veterinarian.
It is for animal use, so never use it for human.
Record all usage history for prevention of abuse and tolerance appearance
Do not use used containers or wrapping paper for other purposes and discard it safely.
Do not administer it with other medicines or with the drug contains same ingredients concurrently.
Do not use for chlorinated water and galvanized buckets.
As the water supply pipe may be clogged due to the specified environment and other causes, check whether the water supply pipe is clogged before and after administration.
Excess dose use may bring about sedimentation, so observe the dosage and administration.
When contacting the skin, eyes with it, wash immediately with water and consult with doctor as soon as abnormality is found
